The app detects the features of your face and draws makeup over the image. All processing happens in the browser, on your device.
If you have agreed to statistics, the site runs a Yandex Metrica counter. We use it to understand how many people use the app and which parts of it they use.
The counter collects:
Your face image, snapshots and saved looks are never passed to statistics in any form. Session recording (Webvisor) is turned off.
Counter data is processed by Yandex LLC (ООО «Яндекс») on its own terms. Yandex uses it in its own advertising technologies, including to determine audience characteristics. Its terms are published by Yandex in its documents on the use of Yandex Metrica and on data protection.
The data is not shared with or sold to anyone else, except as described under “Paying for full access”.
Payments are handled by Robokassa (OOO “ROBOKASSA”). You enter your card details on Robokassa’s page; we never see them. Robokassa processes payer data under its own privacy policy.
After you pay, Robokassa sends us:
This data, together with the payment number and the access key issued to you, is stored on the server of our hosting provider, Beget LLC (ООО «Бегет»), in Russia. If you came via a partner’s link, the partner’s code is attached to your payment so that the partner can be rewarded; your details are not passed to the partner. If you turned on auto-renewal, your browser keeps a subscription number that the app uses to fetch your renewed key.
We use this to unlock access, send your access key, your receipt and replies to your messages, and to make refunds under the terms of service. The legal basis is performance of a contract you are party to (Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). The amount of income is reported to the tax authority through the “Moy Nalog” app, as the law on professional income tax requires. Your face image, snapshots and saved looks have nothing to do with payment and are never sent anywhere.
If you joined the partner programme (terms in Russian), we process your full name, taxpayer number (INN), email address, phone number and payout details. We use them to keep track of your earnings, pay your rewards, check your self-employed status with the Federal Tax Service and pass the information an advertising data operator needs to label advertising, as Article 18.1 of the Federal Law on Advertising requires. The legal basis is performance of a contract you are party to, and the consent you give when signing up. The data is stored on Beget LLC’s servers in Russia while the contract is in force and afterwards for as long as tax law and the handling of possible claims require. Your details are not shown to buyers or other partners; in your partner account, buyers’ email addresses are only partly visible.
Statistics data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by tapping the consent button (“OK”) in the notice shown when you first open the site. Until you consent, the counter is not loaded and collects nothing.
Counter data is kept for the period Yandex sets for the Metrica service. Data stored in your browser is kept until you delete it. Payment data is kept while the contract is in force and afterwards for as long as tax law and the handling of possible claims require.
You may request information about how your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to the address above; you will receive a reply within the period set by law.
